Sadly Covid19 had other plans for us and everything was cancelled at the last minute, which is where Sally's expertise and professionalism really kicked in with advice, encouragement and support. I needn't have worried: with Sally's vast experience, enormous fund of contacts and an excellent understanding of my needs, everything was taken care of. Not only did we create a complicated itinerary, but I would be travelling alone, making the whole thing quite a daunting proposition. Later that year, I wanted to book flights to New Zealand, where I would meet up with friends, tour the country and then make visits to San Francisco and New York. Because she came so highly recommended, I had approached Sally a couple of times to fix flights for a holiday for myself, and to make all the arrangements for a family trip to Disneyland Paris.
